Our subscription boxes are curated for ages 4-17, but can be enjoyed by anyone who loves to read!
When are boxes shipped?
Shipping is entirely dependent on when all of our books & gift items arrive. We ultimately try our best to have items shipped out by the second to third week of the month.

When are Book Nook & Merch orders shipped?
Merch (tee/tote) orders ship within 14 days (they are currently made to order)
Book Purchases ship within 5-7 days. If there are delays, updates are made in our shipping blog & sent via email.
When will my card be charged?

Why are one-time box purchases higher?
We reserve the added perk of saving for our subscriber community.
I wanted to order a box, but you are sold out. Do you restock boxes?
At this time we have a set number of boxes available for sale each quarter. If interested in ordering after we sell out, you can subscribe for the next quarter & receive a free Reading Revolutionary t-shirt. You will receive your first box when the new quarterly boxes ship.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note we do not assume responsibility for any customs charges required for reception of a package.!
Can I change my box type? Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
We understand things come up, pausing or canceling is certainly an available option. If you would like to change your box type, please email us at @email@example.com
A cancelation of your subscription IMMEDIATELY stops recurring box deliveries.
Annual Subscriptions: If you make the decision to end a subscription before your annual renewal we recommend doing so close to the end of your subscription. This prevents your account from being transitioned in our system as a cancelation that will not produce future orders.
Signing up for a member account makes it easier to adjust your subscription. If you experience any difficulties, please email us and we will make the change on our end.
Satisfiction does not accept returns or exchanges of subscription products or one-time boxes, or offer refunds for subscription box and one-time box purchases. All sales are final.
Mystery Genre Date Books & Extra Special Books may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
Our Tees can be returned or exchanged at the discretion of the owner on a case by case basis. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your concerns.
If an item arrives damaged please contact us at email@example.com with a photo attached along with a description of how the item arrived.
Slight cosmetic damage, that does not impede use will not be refunded or exchanged.
Books that arrive with light damage, such as: slightly crinkled dust jacket or slight scruffs will not be refunded or exchanged. When books are packaged, we package them with the utmost care, but once they are dropped off at the post office, the handling of packages is completely out of our control.
